Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods such as honey cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@waitahanuiapiaries.com to request a return authorisation. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorisation: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges
